Refund Policy

1. Instant Digital Products

Because digital templates, presets, and e-books are delivered as instant downloads that cannot be physically returned, completed purchases where files have been downloaded are generally non-refundable.

2. Corrupted or Defective Files

If a file is corrupted, missing promised components, or materially different from its product description, contact our team within 14 days and we will provide a working replacement or issue a full refund.

3. Duplicate Purchases

Accidental duplicate orders for the same product on the same account are eligible for a 100% refund if reported within 14 days.
