How does digital delivery work?

Once an order is marked paid, download entitlements are automatically attached to your customer account. Visit My Account → My Downloads to generate a secure, temporary download link.

Why is checkout currently marked as Development Mode?

Govor Digital is currently in pre-launch mode with live payment gateways postponed. You can browse products, build a cart, and preview the checkout flow, and no real charges are made.

Can I use templates for commercial client projects?

Yes, unless a product explicitly states Personal Use Only (such as certain e-books). You may use commercial templates to create end products for clients, provided you do not resell or redistribute the source template itself.

How many times can I download my purchased files?

As long as your account is in good standing and the purchase is not refunded, you can re-download your files from your account dashboard whenever you need them.

What if I lose access to my email?

Contact our support team with your order number and we will help verify ownership and restore access.
